Where I started
I ran a housekeeping business and built it to six figures in a year with two teams. Clients on repeat, income flowing, a calendar full of work. On paper, it was working.
What was broken
I thought nobody else could do many of the things I did. Too entangled in the business, I thought I was my business. When I burned out I thought the business was too, so I closed it down.
What I discovered
It became my mission to understand what happened to my business and to learn how to prevent it in the future. Intuitively, I decided to study accounting, and I discovered something major: accounting is the language of business. It had all the answers I was looking for. I was hooked.

How is this different from what my tax preparer does?+
Tax preparation is a function of compliance-based accounting: reporting what already happened. This is just the end of the accounting loop. We provide all of the accounting support you need before then; including decision-based accounting, which uses those same numbers to make the choices ahead of you. You need accounting types in your business.
